This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of understanding and readiness of the academic community of the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. The research method used is quantitative derivative, the object of research/respondents who are sampled are lecturers, students, and education personnel. Data retrieval technique by filling out questionnaires through SpadaDikti survey link. The results of the analysis of questionnaire data are interpreted in the form of percentages of each answer given by respondents. The results of this research can be a reference material for further research, in the implementation of the MBKM Program implemented at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, so that it is expected to improve and improve the performance of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the halal label, brand, and price variables affect consumers' decision to purchase over-the-counter drugs in the province of West Java during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample amounted to 200 people. Sampling used a survey method with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire through a google form, measured using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. From the results of research with descriptive analysis, regression analysis prerequisite test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 25 program, it is known that there is a significant influence of independent variables halal label, brand, and price on the dependent variable purchasing decisions of over-the-counter drugs in West Java province during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of member participation, ability to innovate, and member trust on cooperative performance mediated by member commitment. The study was conducted at three cooperative boarding schools in the city of Mataram. The method used in this research is a survey method with path analysis. The population in this study were 257 members of the cooperative with a sample of 157 people. Sampling was carried out using the slovin formula. The research instrument is in the form of closed questions on all research variables with 5 alternative answers following the linkert scale. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence of the ability to innovate, and the trust of members on the performance of the cooperative, either directly or mediated by the commitment of members with a value of Sig < 0.05 . Meanwhile, member participation has no effect on cooperative performance, either directly or mediated by member commitment.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Based on previous research or relevant research, it certainly serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence critical and holistic thinking in Islamic education in Indonesia, namely: Self-Concept, Systematics, Tradition, and Culture, which is a form of qualitative research and literature study or library research on Islamic Education Management. Abstract

This article describes the relevance of Imam Al Ghazali's thoughts to the context of the current consumption needs of Islam. The presence of Islam with its beliefs and principles in it, this belief is built on the foundation of God with the consequences of the birth of the principles of Nubuwwah, Khuluqiyyah, Justice, Insaniah, Help and Cooperation. All of these principles in reality affect economic activity, both distribution, production and consumption. Imam AL Ghazali as one of the Islamic economic thinkers participated in providing related ideas about Production in Islam that presents Allah swt in every production activity. On the other hand, according to Imam AL Ghazali, the factors of production include land, labor, technology, production management, technology and raw materials. Furthermore, regarding the classification of production, namely a discussion of the types of production, namely 1) basic industry, textiles for clothing, construction for housing, and state activities, 2) supporting industries (steel industry development, and forest resources), 3) complementary activities related to milling and burning of agricultural products. Finally, regarding the stages of production, Al Ghazali acknowledged that there are stages of production that require division of labor, coordination and cooperation. Regarding its relevance to production activities according to Imam Al Ghazali's view. Many phenomena are related to Imam Al Ghazali's thinking, such as the increase in UMKMs which are factors supporting the success of economic activities including production activities, but some phenomena that are not in line with Imam Al Ghazali's thinking are producers who do not heed the values ​​of virtue and justice in their production activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style, workload and job satisfaction that effect employee turnover intention. The population of this study is employees at PT Dhanistha Surya Nusantara located in DKI Jakarta, with a sample of 117 workers whose determination is based on the use of the slovin formula. The data analysis method used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) application. The result of the study is that transformational leadership has a significant negative impact on employee turnover intention. Workload has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention, and transformational leadership, workload and job satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Competence, Discipline on Performance mediated by the Motivationvariable at the Money Management Department of Bank Indonesia. Using a questionnaire as data collection with permanent employee respondents as many as 162 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Smart PLS Version 3.2.9. In this study using four variables, twelve dimensions, and thirty-three indicators. The results of the study state that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on Performance, 2)Discipline has a significant effect on Performance, 3) Motivation has a significant effect on Performance, 4) Competence has no significant effect on Motivation, 5) Discipline has a significant effect on Motivation, 6) Motivation does not mediates the effect of competence on employee performance, 7) motivation mediates the effect of discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and marketing relationship on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Bekasi Unggas. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data presented in this research was obtained through a questionnaire given to 53 respondents who as a customer at CV. Bekasi Unggas. Research design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. Results from this research show that: (1) There is a direct effect of price, marketing relationship and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention, (2) There is no evidence of a direct effect of service quality on repurchase intention, (3) There is an indirect effect price, service quality and marketing relationship on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance is influenced by work skills directly or indirectly through work experience as an intervening variable in CV Osano Sablon and Embroidery. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method carried out through surveys, observations, and interviews. The results in research and analysis based on the intervening or mediation test show that the value of the indirect effect through work experience is greater than the value of the direct influence of work skills on employees' performance. With these results, it can be concluded that the work experience variable can be a variable that mediates the effect of work skills on employee performance in CV. Abstract

Uncertain economic conditions in Indonesia, have an impact on the performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk which experienced a decline. The decline in performance was due to the performance of several projects belonging to PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk not meeting production targets such as the Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study used the sample of 60 respondents which were then analyzed by using SEM PLS and correlation matrix between dimensions. This study resulted in Transformational Leadership and Competence having a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had no effect on employee performance. However, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
